The awkward, shy and forever hopeful Greg Heffley the notorious and carefree Rodriek the forever optimistic and turning everything into a learning lesson Susan and carefree and typical dad Frank. I believe this is such a great time for the release of this book when everyone is looking to escape from this lockdown (or grandma’s basement), right? The characters are so diverse that a large number of people will find themselves relating to the characters. The story has a lot of “adventures” that this family experiences during their family vacations. This book follows the life of Greg Heffley and his family’s adventures beginning from staying in his Grandma’s basement due to the ongoing renovations to a family camping trip in a camper van that their uncle Gary left behind. Recently, the fifteenth instalment of the series was released in October 2020 known as the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Deep End”.
As of 2020, the series has sold more than 250 million copies globally to date and has also been adapted into movies, merchandise, games, spin-offs, do-it-yourself books and much more which have contributed to its enormous success. All the books in the series are believed to be the journal diaries of the main character, who is Greg Heffley. The first “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” was published in 2007 by an American author and cartoonist Jeff Kinney. Most of the children relate to it as a part of their childhood. If I had a lot of friends I would recommend this book to every single one of them.Diary_of_a_Wimpy_Kid is not just another middle-grade fiction book series, but the whole series has become an incredible phenomenon in diary fiction among middle schoolers. The main thing I like about this book is that it’s basically all an adventure and the familly is trying to go on a vacation but they just don’t realize that they’re spending a lot of time together, they just don’t realize it yet. I would recommend this book for you and your friends, you shour recommend this book for all your friends because why not it’s so good, couldn’t you tell by just listening or reading my paragraph.
My second favorite scene is when theis guy takes the family’s locker keys and puts him in his house, so they sneak in and try to and find them, it was really good. Greg is cool and funny, but Manny is really funny.
Greg is my favorite character or Manny is. One of my favorite scenes is where there are teenagers firing watermelons with a slingshot at Greg and some of his friends, so he goes with the gang and gets some water guns and gets the teenagers all wet with the water and they run away. But it seems like the family gets a lot of family time and it seems like an adventure. I like this book because it’s a family just trying to go on a nice family vacation, but every time they go to a new place, something goes wrong.
